The challenge

The real estate market is fast-moving and highly competitive. Many agencies present properties in a similar way, but real estate is about more than square meters and price tags. It’s about stories, character, and the feeling of home.

Immoir needed to stand out. A brand that redefined real estate: personal, refined, and effortlessly premium. The challenge? Creating a brand that radiates luxury and exclusivity without feeling distant, while developing a seamless digital experience that connects effortlessly with the right buyers.

The case

We developed a name, brand strategy, visual identity, website, and marketing approach that elevates the real estate experience.

The name Immoir merges “immo” and “histoire”, a nod to the unique stories behind every property. The tagline "At home in every detail" reinforces this vision. This was carried through in every touchpoint, from luxury brochures and elegant business cards to a striking U-board designed to stand out.

The website integrates seamlessly with CRM system Zabun, ensuring properties appear automatically, are easy to navigate, and presented with high-end photography and compelling storytelling. A bold social media strategy reinforces the brand through strong visuals, dynamic Reels, and authentic content that position Immoir as a high-end real estate player.

A typographic logo with a twist, both classic and modern. The fluid movement in the ‘M’ subtly reflects architectural arches, while the deep burgundy conveys sophistication and trust. A warm gold accent adds an exclusive touch. Every detail is intentional, from the refined letter spacing to the elegant curves that give it just the right amount of finesse.
