TGR Pallets

This is what happens when engineering meets design thinking.

The challenge

TGR Pallets began life as The Green Revolution, a name that sounded more like an NGO than an industrial partner. For a product as heavy-duty and technically advanced as a transport pallet, the identity simply didn’t fit. Especially not in sectors like export, pharma, or distribution, where performance, compliance, and cost-efficiency rule.

As the company prepared for market entry, international sales, and serious boardroom conversations, the name started holding them back. What once worked as a quick MVP now lacked credibility. The green narrative didn’t capture the ambition.

Because TGR Pallets was never just about being sustainable. It was about rethinking the system, with patented engineering, biobased materials, and circular supply chain logic. But that vision? It wasn’t showing up in the name, the look, or the voice. Time to build a brand that matched the mission.

The case

We brought the brand back to its essence. What is TGR Pallets, really? What does it challenge, and what does the market need to see?

The name became TGR Pallets, a clean, focused evolution with none of the ideological baggage. We deliberately stepped away from green clichés and positioned the brand as an engineering-first innovator: vision-driven, data-backed, and structurally different.

The new brand personality was defined as 70% Creator, 30% Rebel. Not against the industry, but rewriting it from within.

Visually, we abandoned the typical ‘eco look’. A confident contrast palette: dark green, black, and electric orange. Every design choice was driven by functionality, readable on a pallet, powerful on a datasheet, scalable across logistics.

The tone of voice? Sharp, technical, human. Built for labs, loading docks, and leadership meetings alike

The logo is a compact, stacked wordmark with a circular G, subtly referencing the closed-loop logic at the heart of TGR Pallets’ system. Typography is bold and practical. The visual language is engineered to perform, easy to stamp, etch, or print across pallets, boxes, trucks, and manuals.

The color system breaks from category norms: strength, clarity, and confidence.

The result

With the name and logo locked in, we built a brand that moves. TGR Pallets now looks like what it truly is: not an eco alternative, but the next generation of the pallet industry.

We designed every brand material to perform in the real world: from stamped pallets and datasheets to trade show booths and export-ready packaging. Every render, every detail, engineered for sales impact.

We launched a modular one-pager website with lead-gen at its core, featuring a pallet calculator and an interactive 3D configurator that lets visitors build their ideal pallet on the spot. And the visuals? A full suite of photorealistic 3D renders, tailored for each sector: pharma, food, export, cosmetics.
