KRTRK Qatar wants to bring supporters and fans of the Red Devils together to support our Belgian soccer team at the World Cup in Qatar. The games in the group stage are being followed on a big screen in Départ in Kortrijk. A DJ will let his beats loose before and after the game, so a great atmosphere is guaranteed. A part of the proceeds are going to a good cause, vzw Jongerenatelier in support of disadvantaged people.
Niels Lybeer approached us with his idea of organizing a World Cup village in Départ in Kortrijk. Therefore he sought help to promote his event. Remes contributed in logo creation (based on his initial idea), an attractive but shocking poster, the set-up of both the online ticket sales platform and the social media accounts, which we take care of. We also provided the event from menu templates and several brand elements.

The logo originated from an idea from the organizer, Niels Lybeer, and we fine-tuned and stabilized it. It's a logo full of fun elements combined. The "KRTRK" is mirrored and the T is like a roof for the Rs to keep it sleek. The word "Qatar" is taut but still matches with "KRTRK". We added the diamand, which is an element from the World Cup, at the end of "Qatar" to balance it out and to make it possible for the Ts to perfectly flow into each other. The whole logo is a match between serif and sans serif with colors associated with the World Cup in Qatar.

Recognizability is a great asset to KRTRK Qatar. The poster turned many heads and caused confusion to the public, what is exactly what we intended to do.
